The luxury amenities at this hotel are simply outstanding. The spa & wellness centre, indoor swimming pool, sauna and massage offerings are some of the best we’ve ever encountered. With beauty treatments, steam rooms, facials, Turkish baths and a spa lounge, everything is here to truly relax and forget about the rest of the world. The seasonal indoor pool and sun terrace are also great highlights, with superb views and comfortable loungers in the garden area.
Although we loved everything about our stay, the only minor negative aspect that we could find was the location – it was a bit too far from the town centre, so we had to use taxis or shuttle services which were quite expensive. However, this could easily be solved by renting a car or bike to explore the area.

The food was exceptional and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We also appreciated the beautiful design of the hotel and its facilities. The complimentary activities offered, such as hiking and volcano tours, were a nice touch. We especially enjoyed the stunning views of the lake and surrounding nature.
The location of the hotel was a bit remote and it was difficult to access nearby towns without incurring high taxi costs. We also found that the rooms could get uncomfortably warm on sunny days and wish there was an air conditioning system in place.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel is nicely situated, right beside the lake and boasts of amazing views. The staff was incredibly helpful, always going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We particularly enjoyed the variety of excursion plans, including hikes in surrounding mountains and helicopter rides, which made our stay all the more exciting. The daily changing lunch and dinner menus with a good choice of food were just delightful.
The pool area was not as clean as we expected, seeing that the windows looked dirty. , the breakfast buffet was not as broad as we have had at other hotels of similar caliber.
